Pricing Structure

2. Half-Day Rate
*Price:* $350 (up to 4 hours)
* Perfect for longer events or classes, allowing for ample time to set up and conduct activities.
3. Full-Day Rate
*Price:* $600 (up to 8 hours)
* Best for larger gatherings, events, or workshops that require extended use of the space.
Additional Options
- Cleaning Fee: $75 (one-time fee for cleaning after the event)
- Security Deposit:** $200 (refundable upon inspection after the event)

- All bookings require a signed rental agreement.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the reservation.
